Carving Knives

Each carving knive is constructed with an Ash handle and a high carbon steel blade. The high carbon blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping. Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go. The mini-knives have a smaller, faceted handle designed for multiple gripping styles.

KN20 Mini-Chip Carving Knife

The Mini-Chip Carving Knife has a 5/8" ultra-thin blade, making unwanted chipping in delicate cuts less likely. The smaller handle is faceted with multiple control points to allow them to be held in a variety of comfortable positions.
