The AP254LTS is compact, sturdy and well built table saw. It has a thick steel, welded base, supporting the entire workings of the machine on widely spaced trunnions. A cast iron frame supports the motor and blade arbor, giving rigid and solid blade support.
The ground surface cast iron table is completely stress free and has two 19mm mitre fence slots, and a steel kerf plate. The saw comes with phenolic right-hand and rear extension tables, giving you plenty of support when cutting sheet materials.
The blade height and tilt controls are very smooth using the cast iron handles. The full length rip fence has a T-square style mounting. It slides smoothly into position and locks rock solid. A Hi-Lo sliding fence rail offers versatility for thin or thick work. The cast iron mitre fence features pre-set angle stops.
Dust extraction is direct from the lower blade housing, with a cleverly designed crown guard directing airflow from the blade above the table. A single 100mm port allows easy connection to a suitable dust extractor.
Optional accessories include a 1,400mm sliding table complete with a UJK sliding table fence, the S-12 Overhead Crown Guard System, and a Dado Blade Set.

NOTE: AP254LTS requires a 16amp supply if used with a dado set.
