Insulation

Our top loaders are equipped with energy-efficient refractory insulation inside the chamber and microporous rear insulation that allows you to reach a top temperature of 1320 °C (2408 °F) with minimum energy consumption. 

• Three layers of high-quality 15 mm microporous rear insulation for top loaders up to 60 liters to ensure that you reach your firing temperature reliably
• Two layers of high-quality 20 mm microporous rear insulation for top loaders from 80 liters for a well-balanced ratio between energy-saving heating and shorter cooling times for the kiln
• Automatic lid lock upon opening for additional safety

Controller

• Controller with touch operation AC590 incl.cone firing assistant

Standard equipment

• Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as “refractory ceramic fiber” (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used.
• NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controller: recording of process data with USB-flash drive

ATH. verð er til viðmiðunar og staðfestist við pöntun á öllum okkar ofnum. Er ekki lagervara en við sérpöntum þá enda misjafnar þarfir og ágætt að huga að rafmagnsmálum þar sem ofninn verður keyrður t.a.m. hvort um einfasa (hefðubundið) rafmagn eða þriggja fasa rafmagn (stóra margpinna klóin).  Afhendingartími er á bilinu 3-6 vikur að öllu jöfnu.  Semja má um greiðslutilhögun en skólar/bæjarfélög greiða að jafnaði helming við pöntun og restina við afhendingu.  Einstaklingar geta gert hið sama en einnig dreift greiðslum til lengri tíma (allt að 36 mánuði) á greiðslukort.
