Vörulýsing
Compared to other forms of extractors, a cyclone provides a much more efficient performance. The cyclone separates the larger waste particles from the finer dust, before the airflow passes through the extractor’s fan. As a consequence, the fan operates more efficiently maintaining a consistent speed. The heavier waste falls into one bag or container whilst the very fine particles collect in separate receptacle. The cyclone removes the bulk of the waste before it reaches the extractor’s filter. The filter requires cleaning less frequently with far less mess involved.
The AP176CEH Cyclone Extractor is a highly efficient machine for the busy workshop. The two stage dust separation system removes around 99.97% of the waste from the airstream. The vast majority of the waste is collected in the 168 litre bin, with the HEPA 13 rated cartridge filter trapping any remaining very fine dust.
This extractor has a compact footprint with a tubular steel frame holding the main body, filter and waste bin. The waste bin is simple to empty. Pressing down on the release handle allows you to wheel the bin out on its castors. Simply lift the waste bag out of the bin. In use the bag is held in place by the vacuum created when the extractor is running.
Rated at HEPA 13, it will trap dusts down to 0.3 micron @ 99.97% efficiency. The cartridge filter is easy to keep clean with an integral operated manual paddle. There is a small waste bag to collect the disturbed dust.
The 1.5kW motor drives a high performance aluminum impeller, providing a high static pressure and enough airflow to handle a small ducted system, or to connect to a single large machine. This machine has remote control for the switch, a manometer for easy visual performance monitoring, and is fully mobile on castors. Perfect for many workshops, it is quiet, efficient and compact.
N.B. This Machine requires a 16amp supply and it’s recommended that a C Type breaker is used, if you are unsure please contact a qualified electrician.
