Double Sided Fine and Coarse DMT Diafold Diamond Knife Sharpener that features a 4" x 7/8" Fine grit, 600 mesh, and Coarse grit, 325 mesh sharpening surface with the DMT trademark distinctive hole break up pattern. The Fine and Coarse grit Monocrystalline diamonds are securely bonded in nickel, electroplated onto a perforated stainless steel plate, and sandwiched over a lightweight fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate base. The Red and Blue durable polycarbonate handle, 5" x 1 1/8" closed, folds closed for protective storage of the diamond surface, and folds open to form a convenient handle for sharpening.
